Please remember, you may have to pay import duties on your order which may be applicable in your country. It’s worth checking if these apply before you place an order.
We cannot be responsible for missing packages sent via our standard international service. Unfortunately this can happen from time to time.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours (business days). Next day deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours. During busier periods (Christmas or during promotions) this may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order out ASAP.

You can also see prices in GBP EUR USD CAD AUD on the website. The currency convertor will give you an approximate idea of price in those currencies and is calculated based on the market exchange rate on that particular day. Bear in mind this changes daily and all orders will be processed in GBP.
If paying from a foreign currency bank account (other than GBP) it’s worth checking with your bank first to see if they apply any additional fees.
We hope you love your products, but we understand there may be times you need to return items. Returns are handled on a case by case basis so please contact us here so we can advise more.
Generally the following applies: We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within 30 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the return cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition - not opened, worn. used or washed and in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. We recommend using a recorded service and proof of postage as unfortunately we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Products purchased during any sale period are non-returnable but are exchangeable. Products purchased from other retailers including Amazon need to be returned to the retailer you purchased from.
