We hope you love your products, but we understand there may be times you need to return items. Returns are handled on a case by case basis so please contact us here so we can advise more.
Generally the following applies: We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within 14 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the delivery cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition - not worn, opened, used or washed and in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage as unfortunately we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Products purchased during any sale period are non-returnable but are exchangeable. Products purchased from other retailers including Amazon need to be returned to that specific retailer.
