Your blankets will get softer and snugglier the more they’re used and washed. As well as for swaddling, you can use them for so many different needs as your baby grows:

Cotton muslin has been trusted for generations to swaddle and comfort babies. It’s a lightweight, breathable and absorbent textile that keeps your baby comforted and secure when wrapped up, whilst more importantly keeping their temperature regular - neither too hot or too cold.
All the blankets we make for you are from certified organic cotton muslin. This isn’t just because it's sustainably and ethically produced, but also because its a premium quality, more durable and gentler on your baby’s tender skin.
Organic cotton is grown free from any nasty chemicals (such as fertilisers or pesticides). Because of this it retains more of it's natural wax which makes it much smoother and softer than a non-organic.
The more you wash your swaddle blankets, the softer they will become over time. We recommend to gently machine wash on a temperature of 30c or lower and line dry naturally or tumble dry on a low setting.
