Shipping & Returns

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Business (24® or 48® Services). Delivery is calculated at checkout but goes like this:

- FREE over £60 - Standard UK delivery
- £3.95 under £60 - Standard UK delivery
- From £4.95 - Next day UK delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Business International services. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout but goes like this:

EUROPE
From £7.95 - Tracked - 5-7 business days aim

REST OF WORLD
From £7.95 - Tracked - 5-10 working days aim

It depends! Your order may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty or other charges if the destination is outside of the UK. This now includes EU orders Post-Brexit.

You or the recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the order and any taxes, fees, customs duties that apply. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to assist on any customs processes.

We strongly advise that you check customs formalities in your country (or the destination the order is being sent to) and if any import charges will apply prior to placing your order.

VAT

For all orders placed outside of mainland UK, the products will be sold as zero-rated. This will automatically be calculated at checkout. It wont affect the purchase price and as no VAT has been charged, there is no tax to reclaim.

We hope you love your products, but we understand there may be times you need to return items. Returns are handled on a case by case basis so please contact us here so we can advise more.

Generally the following applies: We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within 30 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the return cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition - not opened, worn. used or washed and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. We recommend using a recorded service and proof of postage as unfortunately we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Products purchased during any sale period are non-returnable but are exchangeable. Products purchased from other retailers including Amazon need to be returned to the retailer you purchased from.

Orders

At the moment we aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours (Business days).

During busier periods (Christmas or during promotions) this will be longer, but we always do our best to get your order to you ASAP.

We do! We can send your order in one of our beautiful recycled cotton gift bags with a hand written message for £2.95. Read more about this service here.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. If it hasn't yet been dispatched this won't be a problem. If it has been dispatched then unfortunately this will not be possible and our usual returns policy applies.

All our packaging is now plastic free and made from 100% recycled paper and cardboard material.

Your order will be sent in either a paper mailing bag or kraft box (depending on the size). Our void fill (if required) is made from recycled newspapers and packages are sealed with paper gummed tape.

All our packaging is environmentally friendly 100% recyclable and FSC certified. Branded stickers and order note cards are printed on un-coated natural FSC certified paper stock and printed with natural soy based inks.

Sustainability and ethics

Yes we are. We've eliminated the use of single-use plastic within all our packaging and manufacturing processes. We now only use 100% recycled paper and cardboard packaging material to send out your lovely orders.

Like many small businesses we strive to improve our processes to become as eco-friendly and sustainable as feasible. All our products are made from Organic cotton purchased from GOTS certified suppliers. We print patterns with dyes that are natural and water based with no nasty chemicals.

Our packaging is made from 100% recycled paper and cardboard packaging material (which is also recyclable). Branded stickers and note cards are printed on un-coated natural FSC certified paper stock and printed with natural soy based inks.

All of these measures help to reduce our impact on the environment, and we continuously strive to review and improve where we can.

Product related questions

All products have their own care label but generally the following applies:

We recommend washing all products at a temperature of 30c or lower to minimise shrinkage and fading.

All products are pre-washed to set the colour. For products with white background we recommend a white wash to maintain brightness. You can dry naturally or tumble dry on a low heat setting.

Everything is designed here in the UK. We have manufacturing partners in both Europe and Asia who comply to the strictest of ethical and sustainable standards. All partners are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified in Product Class 1 which is the strictest class for textile items made for babies and toddlers . This forbids the use of harsh chemicals including as AXO dyes and formaldehyde in textile and textile printing.

Our products also undergo tests in the UK to certify quality so you can rest assured that the products you'll receive are the highest of quality and safe. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
